Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thai Tanic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Turbitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Tanic tenderised Turbitt's leg. Turbitt is trying to keep his angry face on.
Tanic throws a looping overhand right but Turbitt ducks down to avoid it.
Tanic lands with a kick to the temple. Turbitt shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Sam Turbitt has been cut.
Turbitt shoots in but no luck this time.
Tanic stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tanic wants it to stay on the feet.
Tanic throws a head kick but Turbitt moves out of range.
Turbitt fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Thai Tanic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sam Turbitt.
Tanic throws a nice inside leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A nice leg kick lands there from Tanic.
Tanic throws a nice outside leg kick.
Thai Tanic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turbitt looks winded!

No luck with that takedown attempt from Turbitt.
Tanic misses with a body shot.
Tanic cracks the inside of Turbitt's front leg.
Tanic is looking to slow Turbitt down with leg kicks.
Tanic pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tanic connects with an inside leg kick.

Tanic moves into the clinch.

Tanic pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Tanic lands a big head kick that sends Turbitt tumbling to the mat! Tanic takes a step backwards and waves Turbitt back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Turbitt is rocked!

Tanic and Turbitt are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Tanic throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Turbitt into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Tanic knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Thai Tanic!
After winning the bout, Thai Tanic thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
