Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bass digs a good body shot into Ariffin's ribs.
Bass lands a jab to Ariffin's midsection.
Ariffin wants to clinch.
Bass scores with a nice head shot.
Ariffin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bass.
Ariffin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bass as he jumps to the side.
Ariffin pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bass is out of range and Ariffin settles back down.
Bass shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bass is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ariffin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bass cracks Ariffin with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bass looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

It looks like Muhammad Ariffin has been cut.
Bass landing strikes from the mount.
Bass is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Ariffin is forced to tap! Great finish!
