Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tor Nansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nansen's entrance music is The Prodigy - Thunder. A fine choice. Austin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Stone Cold Steve Austin's entrance music. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Steve Austin!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nansen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Austin throws out the jab.
Nansen moves away from the strike by Austin.
Nansen checks the leg kick nicely there.
Austin thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nansen takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Austin misses with the combination.
Nansen throws a head kick that half lands.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Austin, as that shot connected.

Nansen lands a nice looking kick to the body. Austin takes a step back to recover.

Nansen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Austin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nansen moves away.
Steve Austin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Austin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nansen tries to bum rush Austin with a series of wild strikes but Austin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Austin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nansen.

and Nansen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Nansen connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

The fighters circling - Austin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Nansen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Austin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Austin throws a right and a left that Nansen avoids nicely.
The fighters circling - Austin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

and Nansen counters with a takedown into side control.

Nansen wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving.
Austin pulls Nansen in close to prevent any damage.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nansen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Austin sprawls well initially but Nansen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Nansen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Austin knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Nansen seems to be working for a kimura but Austin defends the submission attempt.

Austin can't keep his opponent in guard - Nansen advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Nansen wants to free his trapped foot but Austin is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Nansen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Austin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Nansen is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Austin has managed to free his arm - good work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Austin is pressing down on Nansen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Nansen throws a lazy right hand but Austin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tor Nansen will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Nansen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Austin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Nansen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Nansen throws a shot from downtown. Austin moves away and avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nansen is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Austin is trying to maintain the position but Nansen is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nansen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Austin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nansen.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
