Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mico Pazuh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Kimbley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kimbley has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pazuh.
Kimbley looks winded!
Kimbley shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pazuh as he jumps to the side.
Pazuh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kimbley circles away.

Pazuh closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kimbley did well to prevent Pazuh getting side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Pazuh drops an elbow to the side of Kimbley's head.
Pazuh seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pazuh working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Kimbley is rocked!
Pazuh lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Kimbley quite badly. Kimbley pulls Pazuh in close trying to recover. Pazuh postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Kimbley on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Kimbley doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
