Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snow Cone Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight staying out of range there.
Knight looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Knight moves into the clinch successfully.
Bob is trying to pull guard but Knight has him pressed against the cage.
Bob tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Bob tries to break free but Knight pushes him back against the cage.
Bob stalling in the clinch but Knight improves position.

Knight lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bob can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bob is trying to control but can't.
Knight stalling away here and it's allowed Bob to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bob throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Knight seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Knight knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bob on the ground.
Knight looking to sit in guard and control but Bob gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Knight wants to sweep here but Bob controlling him for the moment.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Knight changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bob tries to avoid it but Knight manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bob to the ground. Bob escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bob wants to clinch up but Knight keeps it at a distance.
Knight fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Knight. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Knight dives in and grabs Bob's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bob pushes down on Knight's head and hops out.
Knight tries to clinch but Bob moves out of range.

Knight drives through with a takedown into Bob's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Bob is looking to sinch up a triangle. Knight throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bob's body to avoid the submission. Bob has instead reached around Knight's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bob arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
