The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanhorn looks to score with a jab to the body but Swick is just out of range.
Vanhorn gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Vanhorn has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Vanhorn prevents a body shot from Swick.
Swick is looking to break free of the clinch but Vanhorn has double underhooks.

That was a close round but I would say that Max Vanhorn will probably get the nod.

Swick lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vanhorn at a distance.
Swick looks to score with a jab to the body but Vanhorn is just out of range.
Swick leaves Vanhorn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Swick feints a jab promting Vanhorn to slip. Swick then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Vanhorn slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Swick catches Vanhorn with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Swick darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Swick throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Swick fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Swick uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vanhorn.

Vanhorn throws a right and a left that Swick avoids nicely.
Max Vanhorn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vanhorn keeps the fight on the outside.

and Swick counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Swick feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Vanhorns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Swick lands a really nice looking cross but Vanhorn seems unphased.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Swick scores with a counter punch that sends Vanhorn to the canvas! Swick smells blood - he's punishing Vanhorn with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Vanhorn has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
