PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Derek Dravin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dravin comes into the arena with Dark Clouds blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Walker's choice of entrance music: Darude - Sandstorm . Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dravin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Walker tries to kick Dravin off in order to stand up. Dravin Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Walker has eaten all the pies!
Dravin creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Walker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Walker avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Dravin.
Dravin moves into full mount!
Dravin misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Dravin lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Walker hang on?

It looks like James Walker has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dravin throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Walker because Dravin loaded up on that one.

Walker tries to buck Dravin off but he can't manage it.

That has opened up James Walker's cut even more.
Dravin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
