Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cleto Rodriquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and No Gi Arcinas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). No Gi Arcinas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arcinas goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Cleto Rodriquez has been cut.
Arcinas tries to bum rush Rodriquez with a series of wild strikes but Rodriquez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rodriquez is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Arcinas.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Arcinas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Rodriquez counters with a nice double leg into side control. Arcinas won't be happy with that.
Rodriquez takes a little break here. Arcinas wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Rodriquez creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Rodriquez is putting a hurting on Arcinas here, landing some big shots from side control.

Rodriquez is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Arcinas has escaped the position, nice work there.

Rodriquez tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rodriquez has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Arcinas gets back to half guard.

Rodriquez slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Arcinas is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Rodriquez off and has taken his back!

Arcinas is looking for a choke. Rodriquez gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Rodriquez manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.

Arcinas has his foot on Rodriquez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rodriquez works his way back into a safe position though.
Rodriquez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Arcinas is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Arcinas working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rodriquez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rodriquez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Rodriquez has hold of Arcinas's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Arcinas tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Rodriquez cranks the arm and Arcinas screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Arcinas, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
