Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Salim Abous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Striken Justice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striken Justice has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Salim Abous!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Striken Justice!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abous fails to land the takedown.
Abous shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Justice as he jumps to the side.
Justice will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Justice tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Justice just misses with a punch to the body.
Justice misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Justice shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Abous as he avoids it easily.
Justice misses with a wild combination.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Justice.
Justice changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Abous tries to avoid it but Justice manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Abous to the ground. Abous escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Salim Abous has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Striken Justice.
Justice shoots in for a takedown but Abous shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Abous closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Justice's guard.

Abous decides to stand up.
Justice fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Abous shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Abous wants to pass to mount but Justice is defending the position.
Justice has hold of Abous's hands but Abous slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Abous will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Abous stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Abous closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Justice is looking to control Abous's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Justice avoid being mounted?

Abous decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Abous feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Abous is in close to Justice's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Abous passes Justice's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Abous looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Justice with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Abous looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Abous cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Justice tries to lock up and control but Abous gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Abous cracks Justice with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Abous has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Justice's face.
