Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mickey MacNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Sharp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacNamara comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - Ain't No Grave. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacNamara tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sharp manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
MacNamara tries to clinch but Sharp moves out of range.
Sharp scores with the left hand. MacNamara knows he should have avoided that one.
MacNamara pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sharp paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sharp throws a body punch but MacNamara moves out of range.

and Sharp moves into the clinch.
Sharp lands a left hand.

Sharp gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, MacNamara regains guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
