Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Schim Fairbain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fairbain might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Remember my name. Wuzz has chosen Lützenkirchen - German Kiss as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Schim Fairbain has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wuzz closes the distance and clinches.
Wuzz is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Fairbain gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Fairbain lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Wuzz has Fairbain pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Wuzz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Fairbain tumbling to the mat - Wuzz dives into Fairbain's guard.
Wuzz is fighting to break Fairbain's control of his arms but Fairbain is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Wuzz won't allow Fairbain to sweep him here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Schim Fairbain.
Fairbain throws a push kick but Wuzz slaps the foot to one side.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fairbain throws a solid leg kick but Wuzz takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Fairbain.
Schim Fairbain is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Wuzz tries for a takedown but Fairbain circles away easily

Wuzz moves into the clinch.

Schim Fairbain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Wuzz.
Wuzz changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fairbain fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wuzz shoots in and drives through. Fairbain sprawls well.

Fairbain lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Fairbain takes the fight into the clinch.
Fairbain lands an elbow that stopped Wuzz in his tracks for a moment.
Wuzz avoiding damage as Fairbain throws knees to the body.
Wuzz is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wuzz gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Fairbain regains guard.
Wuzz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Wuzz stands up over Fairbain, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Wuzz drops back, looking for a kneebar! Fairbain looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Fairbain looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Fairbain!
Wuzz tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Fairbain controls the position.
Fairbain really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wuzz is looking for a sweep.

Fairbain has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Wuzz is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Fairbain yanks on the arm and Wuzz is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Fairbain.
