Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Jay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Boma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Boma's choice of entrance music: Roy Jones - Can't be touched. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Jay shoots and misses
and Boma counters with a left to the body.
Boma lands a jab to Jay's midsection.

and Boma counters with a three punch combo that has Jay backing up. Jay nods at Boma to acknowledge the strikes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Jay. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boma sends Jay crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Boma is motioning to the referee to let Jay up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Josh Jay has been cut.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Jay. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Boma flashes Jay a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Jay's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Jay crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Boma punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
