Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alec Dimanche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Marko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dimanche kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 835 - SLAPDASH. The crowd seem to be enjoying Marko's choice of entrance music: Unstoppable-E.S. Posthumus. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dimanche throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dimanche throws a combination. Marko tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Cain Marko has been cut.
A swing and a miss from Dimanche.

Marko closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Marko stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Marko is pushing Dimanche up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Dimanche misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Dimanche's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Dimanche takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Dimanche feints a jab promting Marko to slip. Dimanche then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Marko slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Marko throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dimanche was covering up waiting for the punch and Marko finishes the takedown easily into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Alec Dimanche will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Marko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dimanche moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dimanche feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Markos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Dimanche dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Marko keeps the fight on the outside.
Dimanche tries to clinch but Marko is having none of it.
The fighters circling - Dimanche throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Dimanche ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marko moves away.
Marko avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nice shot lands for Dimanche.
Marko misses with a looping right.

Dimanche tries to pull guard but Marko won't allow it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Marko has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Dimanche regains guard immediately.
Dimanche bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marko's guard.
