The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hodges throws a hook but Morrison avoids it easily.
Hodges throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Morrison moves out of range as Hodges throws a body kick.
Morrison moves out of range of the strikes.
Morrison uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hodges.
Morrison throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Morrison makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Morrison shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Morrison fails to land with a series of punches.

Morrison takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gerald Hodges seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Oh Morrison is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Morrison wants to stay close but Hodges steps back to make room for something. Morrison seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Hodges and Morrison drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
