Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marc Andre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carter Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Enter Sandman by Metallica. Carter Johnson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Roberts and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andre scores with a hook to the body. Johnson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A low kick from Andre is predictable there
and Johnson counters with a thumping low kick.
A jab from Andre does it's job there.
Johnson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Andre tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Johnson is in Andre's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Andre's guard.

Johnson is pushing down on Andre's leg trying to pass to half guard. Andre is fighting to maintain full guard but Johnson has managed to sneak the leg through.
Andre wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Andre tries to sprawl but Johnson drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Johnson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Andre keeps working.

Johnson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Andre wants to improve his position but Johnson is controlling well.

Andre is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard.

Andre pushes Johnson off and gets back to his feet.
Left hook, right uppercut from Andre.
Johnson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Andre pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Johnson lands a jab to Andre's midsection.
Andre tries to land a leg kick but Johnson saw it coming and moves away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson connects with a right hand. Andre shakes it off.

Johnson fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Andre misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Johnson.
Andre lands with a thumping leg kick.
Johnson throws a nice inside leg kick.
Andre throws a leg kick which misses Johnson's front leg but catches the back leg as Johnson tries to avoid it.
Andre displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Johnson throws out the jab.
Andre moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Andre is rocked!
Andre takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Oh Andre is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Andre is breathing heavily.
Andre misses with a low kick.
Andre seems to have got his legs back now.
Johnson cracks Andre with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Andre tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Johnson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Andre is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carter Johnson!
Carter Johnson got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
