The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taque tries to bum rush Tarav with a series of wild strikes but Tarav uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tarav throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Taque's waist but Taque gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tarav off to one side.
Tarav throws a front kick that sends Taque stumbling back into the cage.
Tarav will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
