The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spar misses with a wild combination.
Bill scores with a nice right hand.
Spar changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Spar throws a leg kick that misses.
Bill throws a head kick but Spar moves out of range.
Nice shot lands for Spar.
Bill misses with a looping left.
Spar throws a lazy right hand but Bill sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bill throws a solid leg kick but Spar takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bill.
Spar throws a looping overhand right but Bill ducks down to avoid it.
Bill loads up on a big right hand but Spar slips the punch.
Bill blocks a leg kick.
Spar has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bill.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Spar ducks under a wild hook from Bill.
Bill takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bill cracks the inside of Spar's front leg.
Spar lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Bill scores with a hook.
It looks like Box Spar has been cut.
Spar throws a good cross that connects.
Bill throws a hook but Spar blocks it.
Bill circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Spar moves out of range of the strikes.
Spar swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Spar is looking to clinch but Bill is avoiding it.
Spar lands with a straight right. Bill didn't see that one coming.
Jab by Spar.
Spar takes a swing at Bill's ribcage but misses.
Spar jabs at Bill's body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Spar scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A big left from Spar misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Spar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bill throws a big shot that misses.
Bill lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Spar wants to clinch but Bill slips to the side
and Bill counters with a crisp one two that drops Spar! Bill thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Spar to his feet! Spar is in big trouble!
Spar is rocked!
A chopping leg kick lands by Spar.
Spar is still on wobbly legs! Can Bill finish him?
Spar throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bill counters with an outside leg kick.
Bill fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Spar out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Buffalo Bill!
Buffalo Bill is the new heavyweight champion!
A relieved looking Buffalo Bill thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
