Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dexter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel McGowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGowen misses with an attempted mid kick.
McGowen rushes Dexter and presses him up against the cage.
McGowen blocks an uppercut.
Dexter misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dexter wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dexter misses with the head strike.
Dexter takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Mark Dexter has been cut.
Dexter is trying to force a seperation but McGowen has the dominant position.
Dexter manages to break the clinch.
McGowen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dexter was covering up waiting for the punch and McGowen finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Dexter trying to keep a closed guard but McGowen is proving a slippery customer.
McGowen works over Dexter with some ground and pound from guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McGowen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dexter has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McGowen has managed to get both his arms back between Dexter's legs - danger averted.
McGowen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dexter works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
McGowen postures up and lands a big shot to Dexter's brow.
Mark Dexter's cut is getting worse.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dexter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McGowen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McGowen makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
McGowen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
McGowen in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Dexter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. McGowen is aware though and is defending well.
Dexter is looking for a triangle but McGowen pushes his legs off easily.
McGowen throwing strikes but missing.
McGowen lands a couple of decent looking shots.
McGowen postures up.

Jeez, Mark Dexter's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mark Dexter's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
