The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis throws a low kick but it's checked well by O Brien.
O Brien tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lewis swivels and escapes.
O Brien takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
O Brien showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lewis.
Lewis changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Lewis's jab looks to have found its range, popping O Brien under the eye.
Lewis displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
O Brien with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lewis to score with a decent uppercut.
Lewis thows a body shot but no joy.
Lewis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lewis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from O Brien.
Lewis lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lewis.
Lewis is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by O Brien.
Lewis throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

O Brien cracks Lewis with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. O Brien has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lewis to stand back up!

It looks like Montee Lewis has been cut.
Lewis pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
O Brien staying out of range there.
Lewis lands a nice hook to O Brien's body. O Brien takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Montee Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right followed by a crushing left from O Brien knocks Lewis out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
