And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Victree Myne!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myne looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Myne is looking for a kimura here.
Hick avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Myne.
Myne throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Myne throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Myne lands strikes from half guard.
Hick is refusing to be controlled, as Myne sits in half guard.
Myne wants to pass to mount but Hick is defending the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Myne prevents Hick from standing back up.

Myne passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hick!
Myne lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Myne with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Myne has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
