Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Martin Caradagian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Luca Fuschini!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fuschini gets caught napping as Caradagian dives in and scores a takedown. Fuschini manages to retain guard.
Fuschini looking to hit a scissor sweep but Caradagian is one step ahead there.

Caradagian had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fuschini defends it easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Caradagian enables Fuschini to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Caradagian manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Fuschini tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fuschini has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well Fuschini has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
