The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bronze manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bronze is looking to clinch but Adams is avoiding it.

Adams takes the fight into the clinch.
Bronze is looking to break free of the clinch but Adams has double underhooks.

Adams wants the takedown. Bronze is fighting it off but Adams persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bronze's guard against the cage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Bronze looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Adams postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Bronze drops back looking for a leg! Adams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adams manages to kick Bronze off! Bronze jumps back into Adams's guard.

Adams throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Bronze has eaten all the pies!
Adams thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Bronze drops back looking for a leg! Adams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adams manages to kick Bronze off! Bronze jumps back into Adams's guard.
Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Bronze not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Adams trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Bronze stops Adams from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bronze slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Adams managing to control the position.
Bronze wants to control from the top but Adams keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Francis Bronze.
Nice takedown defense from Bronze. No joy for Adams on that attempt.
Bronze tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Adams paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bronze misses with a low kick.

Adams works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
