The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGirt throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McGirt cracks a nice hook into King's ribs.
A jab lands there for McGirt.
King throws a leg kick but McGirt checks it.
King takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
McGirt slips under a jab from King.
McGirt defends well against a solid takedown attempt from King.

King throws an overhand right that lands on McGirt's shoulder, as McGirt tries to avoid the shot.

McGirt takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

King looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

King tries to score a power double leg takedown but McGirt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten King somewhat.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for King. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
