Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Salcedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden Asylum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salcedo comes into the arena with Remember my NAME! blaring out of the sound system. Aiden Asylum will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asylum uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Asylum connects with a high kick.
Salcedo throws a hook but Asylum blocks it.
A low kick from Asylum misses
and Salcedo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Asylum lands a head kick. Salcedo smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Oscar Salcedo has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Asylum throws a right hand that Salcedo ducks under and follows up with a left that Salcedo also avoids with ease.

Salcedo clobbers Asylum with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Asylum misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Salcedo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Asylum was well out of range. Poor timing from Salcedo.
Salcedo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Asylum sprawls well initially but Salcedo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Salcedo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Asylum's head.
Asylum is looking to escape.

Salcedo wants to control but Asylum is keeping him busy.

Salcedo stands up over Asylum, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Salcedo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Asylum wants to stand but Salcedo is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Salcedo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Asylum scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Salcedo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Salcedo stands and salutes the crowd.
