The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSpongeBob tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
McSpongeBob tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Leepen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McSpongeBob tries to clinch there but Leepen circles away.
McSpongeBob takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Krisu Leepen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leepen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McSpongeBob's head backwards.

It looks like Fartpants McSpongeBob has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - McSpongeBob looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Leepen lands with a shot to the body.
Leepen misses with a double jab.
Leepen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McSpongeBob.
McSpongeBob tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Leepen tries to bum rush McSpongeBob with a series of wild strikes but McSpongeBob uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Leepen misses with a takedown attempt
and McSpongeBob counters with a head kick. That will keep Leepen thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Leepen tries to score a power double leg takedown but McSpongeBob sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Leepen somewhat.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Leepen, as that shot connected.

Leepen tries to bum rush McSpongeBob with a series of wild strikes but McSpongeBob uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McSpongeBob finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Leepen's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and McSpongeBob falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
