Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mico Pazuh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Kobel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mico Pazuh has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mico Pazuh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Kobel!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pazuh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kobel swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pazuh connects with a nice short shot to Kobel's temple.

Pazuh has taken the fight to the clinch.
Pazuh has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kobel is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Kobel has eaten all the pies!

Pazuh jumps guard and drags Kobel to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ivan Kobel hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kobel feints a jab promting Pazuh to slip. Kobel then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Pazuh slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Pazuh shoots in looking for a takedown. Kobel tries to sprawl out of it but Pazuh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kobel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
