Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Mullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magatsu Taito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mullen's entrance music is Country Boy Can Survive. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taito tries to clinch but Mullen is having none of it.
Taito checks a low kick from Mullen.
Mullen misses with a kick to the body.
Mullen swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Taito feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mullens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Good shot there by Taito.
Mullen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mullen cracks a nice hook into Taito's ribs.
Mullen throws a low kick but Taito avoids it.
A low kick from Mullen is predictable there
and Taito counters with a nice body kick.
Mullen throws a lazy right hand but Taito sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mullen misses with a low kick.
Mullen wants to slow Taito down by chopping away at his legs.
A jab from Mullen misses.
Taito tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mullen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mullen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taito was well out of range. Poor timing from Mullen.
Taito takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mullen defending well as Taito loads up on a big left hand.
Taito smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Mullen throws the kick towards the body but Taito avoids it.

Taito cracks Mullen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mullen lands a nice shot that snaps Taito's head back.
Mullen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A low kick from Mullen is predictable there
and Taito counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A bone on bone clash there as Taito blocks the leg kick.
Whack! Mullen lands a heavy head kick that drops Taito. The ref tackles Mullen to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Taito was done.
