Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gimli Gloin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie PhoQus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gimli Gloin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddie PhoQus!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gloin doesn't manage to clinch there - PhoQus circles away.
Gloin misses with a combination
and PhoQus counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gloin throws a jab when PhoQus was well out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Gloin misses the target.
Gloin ducks under a wild hook from PhoQus.
PhoQus lands a jab to the nose.
PhoQus waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gloin.
A big right from PhoQus misses.
PhoQus lands a right hook to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gloin walks into a jab.
Gloin throws a left and a right that both miss
and PhoQus counters with a nice uppercut.
Gloin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab lands there for PhoQus.
It looks like Gimli Gloin has been cut.
PhoQus steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gloin.
PhoQus keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gloin.
PhoQus smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Gloin looks to throw the jab but PhoQus is out of range.
Gloin fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice uppercut there from PhoQus.
Gloin is rocked!
PhoQus dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Gloin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gloin is breathing heavily.
PhoQus throws an uppercut from hell that sends Gloin clean off his feet! He's out cold! PhoQus stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eddie PhoQus!
