Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan throws a body punch but Tavares moves out of range.
Khan throws a shot from downtown. Tavares moves away and avoids it.
Tavares lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Khan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tavares counters with a nice low kick that buckles Khan's knee momentarily.
Tavares feints and then cracks Khan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Khan down.

Tavares fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Khan on the side of the head.

It looks like Genghis Khan has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tavares buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A lazy left from Tavares finds it's target.

A big right from Khan misses.
Tavares connects with a nice cross there... Khan is looking wobbly and Tavares recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Khan to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Tavares jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
