PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tony Bamboni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucky Charm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bamboni might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ice Ice Baby. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bamboni shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bamboni in particular looking to stall.
Bamboni misses with a head shot. Charm uses the momentum to regain guard.
Bamboni will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bamboni postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Charm is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bamboni, into his guard.

Charm has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bamboni is proving hard to escape from.
Bamboni wants to hit a switch here but Charm passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bamboni there!
Bamboni wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Charm has the hooks in. Bamboni is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lucky Charm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Bamboni's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
