Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Pierre Hennard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watts is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Breaking Benjaim- I waill not Bow. Zach Watts will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hennard drops back looking for a leg! Watts is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Watts manages to kick Hennard off! Hennard jumps back into Watts's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hennard is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Watts is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Watts has escaped and now he's on top!

Watts gets to his feet - Hennard follows without any prompting.

Watts looks to score with a jab to the body but Hennard is just out of range.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Watts enables Hennard to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Watts manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Watts is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hennard tries to pass the half guard into mount. Watts knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
