Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between WIlliam Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob comes to the cage accompanied by I got my game on. Simmons has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! WIlliam Bob has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, WIlliam Bob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Manny Simmons!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob wants to clinch up but Simmons keeps it at a distance.
Simmons looks winded!
Simmons misses with a wild combination.
Bob throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Simmons displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bob.
Bob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Simmons as he jumps to the side.

Simmons gets tackled into the cage by Bob. Bob maintains the clinch.
Simmons can't break the clinch.
Bob with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Bob manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Simmons avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Bob looking for a guillotine here but Simmons defends easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bob looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Simmons has picked Bob up and slammed him! Bob can't keep hold of the triangle and Simmons manages to pass to side control!
Bob on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bob tries to get out of the position.
Bob tries to improve position but can't.
Simmons tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Bob tries to bench press Simmons off him but Simmons keeps the position.
Bob is working hard here to advance position.
Bob manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Bob had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Simmons defends it easily.

Simmons is posturing up here but Bob has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Simmons tries to roll out but it's too tight and Simmons has to tap! Slick submission there by Bob!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). WIlliam Bob!
WIlliam Bob looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I been doing this awile, I win some I lose some and who knows whats next but I'm gonna start winning. I get a title maybe I hang it up maybe not who knows but I'm looking to win this.'.
