Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Funny Jobber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joonas Muikku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muikku is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ruudolf - Leijonakuningaslaulu. Joonas Muikku has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Funny Jobber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joonas Muikku!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jobber will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Muikku moves out of range of the body kick from Jobber.
Good leg kick by Muikku there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Jobber tries a head kick but it misses.
Jobber thows a body shot but no joy.
Jobber shoots for a double leg takedown but Muikku sprawls well. He's pushed Jobber's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Jobber is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Muikku to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Muikku shrugs it off.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jobber has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Muikku has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Muikku lands a nice hook to Jobber's body. Jobber takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jobber shoots in looking for a takedown but Muikku manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jobber's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
