Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Frederick Barbarossa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Thomas Coulter!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coulter shoots in for a takedown but Barbarossa shows good takedown defense.

Coulter drives through with a takedown into Barbarossa's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Barbarossa keeping full guard, as Coulter tries to pass.
Barbarossa is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Coulter pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Barbarossa is keeping the position for now.
Coulter wants to control from the top but Barbarossa keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Coulter works a leg free and moves into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Coulter seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Coulter is trying to control the action in half guard but Barbarossa is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Coulter is just content to waste time from the top position. Barbarossa takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Coulter working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Coulter looking to sit in guard and control but Barbarossa gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Barbarossa wants to get up but he can't break Coulter's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Barbarossa gets to his feet - Coulter follows without any prompting.
Barbarossa throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Coulter slips a jab and a cross from Barbarossa.
Barbarossa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Barbarossa works the jab nicely.
Coulter darts in trying to clinch
and Barbarossa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Barbarossa gets in close and tags Coulter with a short punch that almost sends Coulter to the mat! Oh Coulter is in big trouble! He turns his back on Barbarossa, trying to create some distance but Barbarossa rushes him, striking wildly and Coulter goes down! The referee tackles Barbarossa into the cage to end the fight! Barbarossa is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frederick Barbarossa!
A very excited looking Frederick Barbarossa made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
