Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Cornell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cornell comes to the cage accompanied by Sex Pistols - God Save The Queen. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira wants to clinch
and Cornell counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nogueira's guard now.
Cornell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cornell connects with a nice short shot to Nogueira's temple.

Cornell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nogueira on the ground.

Nogueira moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Cornell drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cornell jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Cornell is posturing up here but Nogueira has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Cornell tries to roll out but it's too tight and Cornell has to tap! Slick submission there by Nogueira!
