Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Braulio Estima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Estima might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amor do Sertão - Geraldinho Lins. Randy Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Estima swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Estima counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jones's guard now.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Jones manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Estima manages to get himself to full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Estima is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Jones has his hands clasped together but Estima extends an breaks Jones's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Estima.
