Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexis Texas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Emiliano Abbandando!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Abbandando.
Abbandando uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Texas.
Abbandando throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Texas looks for the body kick but Abbandando saw that one coming.

Abbandando fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Texas checks it well.
Abbandando motions for Texas to come forward. Abbandando throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Abbandando lands a leg kick that knocks Texas off balance momentarily.
Texas moves out of range of the leg kick from Abbandando.
Texas is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Texas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Abbandando connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Texas scrambles back to his feet.
Abbandando turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Abbandando fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Texas chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Abbandando can pounce on him.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Texas walks straight into a right hand from Abbandando - that's dropped him! Abbandando jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Texas from any more punishment! Texas complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Emiliano Abbandando!
