Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pozar throws a lazy right hand but Smith sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smith moves out of range as Pozar strikes.

Smith gets the takedown into side control.
Pozar wants to get back to his feet but Smith drags him back down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Smith wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pozar, who protects the arm well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Pozar is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Smith is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pozar has escaped the position, nice work there.
Smith remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Smith looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Pozar takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pozar wants to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here as Smith stalls from top position.
Pozar tries to escape but Smith is in control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smith cracks Pozar with a big right hand but Pozar just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Smith controls the position from side control.
Smith lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Pozar on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Pozar is rocked!
Smith cracks Pozar with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Smith immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Pozar is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Smith!
