The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuteboxe with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bika counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Chuteboxe moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Chuteboxe fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bika circles away from the clinch attempt.
A cross from Bika lands.
Bika throws a leg kick but Chuteboxe sees it coming and moves out of range.
Chuteboxe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bika is fending him off so far but Chuteboxe persists. Nope, Bika circles away and we're back to standing.
Elvis Bika has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cacareco Chuteboxe.
Bika lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bika throws a shot to the body.
Chuteboxe shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Chuteboxe takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chuteboxe closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bika circles away.

Bika connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bika throws a right hand that Chuteboxe ducks under and follows up with a left that Chuteboxe also avoids with ease.
Chuteboxe shoots in for a double leg but Bika sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Bika connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Chuteboxe takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bika delivers a nice body kick.

Bika tests Chuteboxe's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A big left from Bika misses.
Bika lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Cacareco Chuteboxe has been cut.
