Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuckie Robbert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie with a lazy takedown attempt

and Robbert counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Robbert is aware though and is defending well.
Robbert content to stall in guard here.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Robbert's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Robbert is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Gracie working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Robbert has passed into half guard!
Gracie tries to get to full guard but Robbert has control of the leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Robbert is keen to just control but Gracie is a slippery customer.

Robbert has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gracie defend it? Robbert steps over the head and cranks it - Gracie is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Robbert!
