Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hector Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barbosa closes the distance and pushes Richardson back into the cage.

Richardson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Barbosa wriggles free and stands up.
Richardson dives in and grabs Barbosa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Barbosa pushes down on Richardson's head and hops out.

Richardson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Barbosa shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Richardson is trying to defend but Barbosa finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Richardson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Barbosa to the ground. Richardson is now in Barbosa's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Richardson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Barbosa paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barbosa lands a high kick to the side of Richardson's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Barbosa dives into guard, looking to finish.

Barbosa gets to his feet. Richardson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Barbosa lands a brutal head kick. Richardson looks out on his feet and Barbosa throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
