Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clayton Kosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zangief Zangief (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kosh's entrance music is You cant stop crazy. A fine choice. Clayton Kosh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kosh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zangief misses with a few strikes there.

Kosh shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Zangief napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Zangief tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kosh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Zangief is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Kosh has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zangief can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Zangief seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Kosh controls Zangief momentarily but Zangief frees himself.
Zangief wants to control from the top but Kosh keeps moving.
Kosh lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Zangief!

Zangief is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Kosh off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Kosh is stalling here. Zangief is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Kosh seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Zangief has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Kosh is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zangief off and has taken his back!

Kosh is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

That was a close round but I would say that Clayton Kosh will probably get the nod.

Kosh wants to free his trapped foot but Zangief is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Clayton Kosh overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Kosh is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
