Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Admiral Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ultimate Revenge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Admiral Joe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ultimate Revenge!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Revenge wants to clinch.
Revenge ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Revenge manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Joe on his heels. He'll look to pass Joe's guard now, I'm sure.
Revenge throws a big elbow that misses.
Revenge looking to pass the guard.
Revenge trying to stand up but can't free himself from Joe's guard.

Joe wants to get back to his feet but Revenge is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Ultimate Revenge wasn't active enough on the ground.

Revenge scores with a leg kick.

Joe with a poor takedown
and Revenge makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ultimate Revenge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Joe counters with a takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Revenge can't do much from the bottom here.
Joe tries to advance to mount but can't.

Revenge closes this distance looking for a takedown but Joe circles away.

Revenge shoots in and gets a takedown into Joe's guard.

Joe wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Revenge manages to pass to side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Revenge is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ultimate Revenge dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Revenge darts in trying to clinch

and Joe decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Revenge's guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Joe content to stall in guard here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Joe is trying to control the action in half guard but Revenge is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Admiral Joe just wasn't active enough.
Joe stuffs the takedown attempt from Revenge. Revenge gets slowly back to his feet.
Joe walks into a jab.

Joe closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Revenge's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Revenge is pulling down on Joe's head to control his posture.

Revenge is trying to keep Joe in close.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ultimate Revenge.
Joe closes the distance and clinches up with Revenge, looking for a takedown. Joe pushes Revenge against the cage but Revenge circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Joe shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Revenge finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Joe tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Revenge swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Admiral Joe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Revenge doesn't manage to clinch there - Joe circles away.
Joe gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Revenge counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Revenge must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Revenge wants to control from the top but Joe keeps moving.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Revenge is looking to work some ground and pound but Joe has wrist control.
Joe keeping moving, preventing Revenge from controlling successfully.

Ultimate Revenge has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Joe.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Joe finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Joe dodges the punch combination from Revenge.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Ultimate Revenge will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Revenge drops Joe with a beautiful combination! Joe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Revenge is looking for the KO!


It looks like Admiral Joe has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Revenge shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Joe as he jumps to the side.
Joe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Revenge pinned against the cage. Revenge gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Revenge swats away the attempt to clinch by Joe.
Revenge changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Joe tries to avoid it but Revenge manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Joe to the ground. Joe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Revenge.
Admiral Joe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ultimate Revenge.
Revenge fails with the takedown.
Joe doesn't manage to clinch there - Revenge circles away.
Revenge fails to land the takedown.
Ultimate Revenge seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Revenge throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Revenge moves in looking to clinch but Joe pushes him off.
Revenge changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Joe tries to avoid it but Revenge manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Joe to the ground. Joe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Revenge tries to score a power double leg takedown but Joe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Revenge somewhat.
Admiral Joe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Joe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Joe keeps the fight on the outside.
Revenge throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Joe stumbling backwards into the cage! Joe bounces back off the cage towards Revenge, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Revenge lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Revenge celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
