Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Damage pinned against the cage. Damage gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Damage moves into the clinch.
McDonald has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Damage after a bit of a struggle.
McDonald is working for takedown but Damage is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin McDonald. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Damage drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Damage has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics McDonald uses from the top position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Damage has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McDonald can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Kevin McDonald just wasn't active enough.

Damage has managed to clinch.
McDonald wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Damage turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Damage manages to end up in side control.
McDonald takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
McDonald is looking for a sweep.
Damage is looking to take a break and control but McDonald is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Damage gets to mount! McDonald was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
McDonald is breathing heavily.
Damage scores with a couple of good head shots there.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Damage cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
McDonald knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Damage on the ground.
Damage lands with some vicious ground and pound - can McDonald hang on?

Damage manages to capitalize on a mistake by McDonald to take his back!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Damage is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. McDonald has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Damage has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! McDonald taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Damage doesn't care though - he's delighted!
