Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hadley Jagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Ironsides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ironsides has chosen The Greatest Spy Theme Ever as his entrance music. Jason Ironsides looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Ironsides!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jagger blocks a head kick by Ironsides.
Jagger misses with a combination

and Ironsides counters by clinching up.
Ironsides throws a knee to the head but misses.

Jagger has hold of one of Ironsides's legs. Ironsides is fighting the takedown attempt but Jagger gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Jagger makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jagger seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ironsides for as long as he can get away with.
Jagger passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ironsides!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jagger pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Jagger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ironsides is squirming around, avoiding Jagger's attempts to control the action.

Jagger is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ironsides to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ironsides shrugs it off.
Jagger controlling the pace for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jagger landing strikes from the mount and Ironsides is in trouble!
Ironsides is squirming around, avoiding Jagger's attempts to control the action.

Jagger has control of Ironsides's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ironsides regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Ironsides is looking to improve his position but Jagger isn't that keen on the idea.

Jagger trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Jagger working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Ironsides turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Jagger off and cradles Ironsides's limp body as Jagger celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Hadley Jagger!
After winning the bout, Hadley Jagger thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
