Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Donatelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rydolf Karel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donatelli's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Sell Comics - Courage My Love. The crowd seem to be enjoying Karel's choice of entrance music: Hail Czech. The key to victory for Kirk Donatelli has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karel is looking to clinch but Donatelli is avoiding it.
Donatelli throws a head kick that misses.
Karel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Donatelli moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Karel misses the shot to the body.
Karel tries to clinch there but Donatelli circles away.
Donatelli keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Donatelli looks to land a combination but Karel avoids it well.
Donatelli cracks Karel with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Karel slips a jab and a cross from Donatelli.
Donatelli misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Karel walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Donatelli changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Donatelli clobbers Karel with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Donatelli sizes up Karel with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Karel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Donatelli pinned against the cage. Donatelli gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Donatelli lands a left and a right that send Karel crashing to the mat, dazed. Donatelli thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Karel is rocked!
It looks like Rydolf Karel has been cut.
Donatelli is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Donatelli drops Karel with a straight right hand, right on the button! Donatelli follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kirk Donatelli!
