Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between French Toast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toast comes to the cage accompanied by EAZY-E - Real Muthaphuckkin' G's. Julius Lawson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, French Toast!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 1, fighting out of London, Julius Lawson!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toast with a hook.
Lawson lands a nice shot to the body.
Lawson jabs Toast to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Lawson swings for the body but Toast moves out of range.
Toast scores to the head and body with a nice combination!


It looks like Julius Lawson has been cut.
Lawson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Toast on the side of the head.


It looks like French Toast has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A shot to the body from Lawson misses
and Toast connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Toast has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lawson finds it's way round the side to connect with Toast's head.
Lawson just misses with a punch to the body.
Toast fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Toast tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lawson was well out of range. Poor timing from Toast.
Toast throws a shot from downtown. Lawson moves away and avoids it.
Toast shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Lawson to counter with a crisp jab.
Julius Lawson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lawson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Lawson throws a looping overhand right but Toast ducks down to avoid it.
Toast jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A swing and a miss from Toast.
Toast tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lawson was well out of range. Poor timing from Toast.
Julius Lawson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Toast scores with a sloppy right hand. Lawson should have avoided that one.
Lawson moves away from the strike by Toast.
Lawson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Toast shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lawson pinned against the cage. Lawson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for French Toast. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Toast throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Lawson ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Lawson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Toast doesn't seem bothered though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Toast keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Lawson. Toast does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lawson thows a body shot but no joy.
Nice uppercut there from Toast.

Toast closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Lawson manages to get back to half guard.
Toast will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Still in half guard, Toast seems content to control.
Lawson tries to get to full guard but Toast has control of the leg.

Lawson moves into full guard.
Toast throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lawson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Toast with a nice head shot there.
Toast loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lawson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Toast. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Toast missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Toast with a flurry of punches that miss.
Toast lands a couple of digs.

Toast controls from within his opponent's guard.
Lawson keeping moving, preventing Toast from controlling successfully.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Toast accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Toast trying to control the position from guard on top but Lawson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Toast wants to pass the guard but Lawson is keeping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Julius Lawson will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Toast uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lawson.

Toast lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Toast wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Toast is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

A decent looking cross lands there for Lawson.


Toast is rocked!


French Toast's cut is getting worse.
Toast walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Toast limp body while Lawson jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Julius Lawson!
