The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Roach.
Da misses with a body shot
and Roach counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Da throws a right hand that Roach ducks under and follows up with a left that Roach also avoids with ease.
Da connects with a body shot that sends Roach's belly button to the back.
Bu Bu Buu Da seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Da. Roach does a little dance to reset his feet.
Roach misses with a wild body shot.
Roach takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Da moves away from the strike by Roach.
Good leg kick by Da there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Da thows a body kick. Roach tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roach throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Da lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Frank Roach has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Da.
Da with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Roach looks winded!

Da fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Da ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Da with a nice cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Da moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Roach! Da continues to tee off on Roach, landing with a left and a right! Da connects with a right hand that leaves Roach sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Da!
