Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sylva closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Alexander prevents Sylva from improving position.
Alexander is looking for a sweep.
Sylva goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Alexander rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sylva's guard! Nice work there by Alexander!

Sylva had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Alexander is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Sylva Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Alexander's back instead.

Sylva is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Alexander knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Alexander for a finish.
I really don't envy Alexander right now.

Sylva is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Alexander can't keep his opponent in guard - Sylva advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Alexander is looking to control Sylva's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Alexander avoid being mounted?
