Iliescu tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and MImbo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Iliescu's guard.

MImbo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and MImbo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
MImbo is in close to Iliescu's body, working some short punches and elbows.
